Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York Names New Officer

(Binghamton, NY  •  October 24, 2019) Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York is pleased to announce that Victor Ngai, JD, CLU^®, CHFC^®, RICP^®, has joined Security Mutual Life as Vice President, Advanced Marketing Attorney. Mr. Ngai will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the advanced markets and supporting field associates operating in those markets.

Mr. Ngai has an extensive background in the financial planning and wealth advising industries and has worked for Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, SEI Wealth Network, Prudential Securities and Prudential Financial. Most recently, he founded Vertex Advanced Planning Solutions, LLC, an entrepreneurial venture in which he provided training to agents and engaged in case consultation and case design support. He has also published numerous articles on using life insurance as a retirement strategy and in charitable giving.

Mr. Ngai earned a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.
