Required Responsibilities:
Work alongside other testers, developers and management to develop effective strategies and test plans for new software and modifications to existing software Understand appropriate test data and conditions to validate test plans. Run regression tests, functional tests, customer scenario testing, stress testing, performance testing, scalability testing and security testing. Responsible for development and execution of quality assurance test plans for secure tablets. Work with Security Analyst to meet Corporate security requirements. Responsible for leading and mentoring designated personnel in testing methodologies, automation tools usage, and test plan development. Responsible for Test Library Management and Development. Ensures proper documentation to meet Audit requirements. Stay current on web application security testing methodologies and uses OWASP best practices during development life cycle.

Pay attention to detail and perform work accurately and thoroughly. Manage and prioritize work load and adhere to schedules. Mentor and assist other developers and communicate effectively. Maintain and grow your knowledge and skills through on the job training, seminars, webinars, and self -study.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of testing and software development programming experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project leadership.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership or a mentoring role.
Fluency in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome web browsers and their respective limitations and strengths.
Proficiency in Agile Software Development required.
Proficiency with automated test tools and methodologies required.
Proficiency in bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite required.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
Life Insurance knowledge is helpful but not required.
Industry recognized certification preferred.
Artistic, creative thinking and open mindedness to new ideas and approaches is helpful.

Education:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required.

This position will be responsible for developing the Company’s book of business in the Employee Benefits/Worksite marketplace by leveraging relationships with employee benefit brokers, insurance agents, general agencies, and benefit enrollment companies.

Position Responsibilities:
