Description of duties & responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to provide customer service to individual clients of the company while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory guidance.

  • Responsible for EFT account management, salary savings list bills, premium and loan payments, pre-non-forfeiture processing, health policy billing, returned checks and DAC tax reporting.
  • Process general service requests.
  • Confer with Agents and customers by telephone relative to post issue service requests and questions.
  • Process Beneficiary changes according to State and Company guidelines.
  • Refer unsolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required skills & experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Support.

  • Prepare and maintain policies and procedures as they relate to job responsibilities and department needs.
  • Manage projects and serve on Company committees as they relate to job responsibilities.
  • Educate personnel on state-specific contract requirements to ensure proper version administration.
